It’s important to Naomi that you are totally happy with your new artwork but for any reason your aren’t, she gladly accepts returns and exchanges. Contact her at info@coastalartaustralia.com or 0405 137 235 within 3 days of receiving the item. A refund minus the actual postage cost is given once the item is returned in perfect condition. The shipping cost to return the item will be your responsibility and the item must be in its original condition with original packaging. Please consider insuring/tracking your package as Naomi will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Shipping by Australia Post, or courier, via standard delivery with tracking and insurance. Prints are made to order and frames are custom made, so fulfilment and shipping can take up to 5 - 21 working days.

Fine art paper prints are rolled and placed in a protective cardboard tube. Stretched canvas prints are packaged carefully in a protective cardboard box.

Please check the package immediately for any damage in transit.
