Delivery Method: Orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier services, with standard delivery, including tracking and insurance.

Fulfillment Time:

  • Prints are made to order.

  • Frames and canvas prints are custom-made.

  • Fulfillment and shipping typically take 3 to 21 working days.

 

Upon Delivery:

  • Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for any damage in transit. If you notice any issues, contact us immediately.

 

International Shipping:

We ship internationally—please contact us for a shipping quote based on your location.

  • Customs Clearance: For international orders, additional time may be required for customs clearance.

  • Customs Fees: Some countries may impose customs fees or taxes on incoming packages. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

At Coastal Art Australia, we take great care in ensuring your artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition. We accept returns or exchanges only for faulty or damaged products under the following conditions:

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact Us Immediately: If your item arrives damaged, please email info@coastalartaustralia.com with photos of the damage and original packaging within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • Assessment & Refund Process: Once the damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund. Refunds are issued only for faulty or damaged items.

Conditions of Return

  • Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges due to change of mind are not accepted.

Missing, Damaged or Delayed Items
